About Marwood
A handful of homes, built properly.
We are a privately held residential developer. For fifteen years we have worked deliberately — a few projects at a time — so we can care about the details, and stand behind them.
Marwood began with a simple frustration: too many new homes were being built to sell, not to live in. We set out to do the opposite — to develop places we’d be happy to live in ourselves.
That means working with a close circle of architects and builders, taking on fewer projects, and staying involved from the first site visit to the day the last resident moves in. It is a slower way to build. We think it shows.
